Can I add, edit, and delete articles, text, and photos on my site?
Yes. You have control over your web content. We provide quality content as part of our service, however you are welcome to change it to fit your needs, or completely delete it and use your own. You may edit/update any content below the menu of your website.
Editing your site is very easy with our user-friendly web editor. It works similar to Microsoft Word™. If you can send an email and/or type a letter on your computer, you can easily use our software to update your website.
What if I already have a website?
Switching is easy! You keep your current domain or register a new one, it's up to you! We will work with your current domain/website provider to move your domain to OnPointWeb.
Is the web service HIPAA Compliant?
Yes. Every individual must opt-in to become a member of your newsletter list. Each newsletter you send will contain an opt-out option. No diagnosis is ever linked with a patient/subscriber name.
Can I add my own photos and videos?
Yes. Simply submit photos/videos to us in digital format (via email, on CD or DVD) and we will add your personal media to your website.
Can I promote my lectures, monthly specials, etc.?
Yes. The Premium service includes a Community Events section that you can post specials and events.
Will my site appear in search engines such as Google™ and Yahoo!™?
We’ll submit it to the top search engines, but we cannot directly control your website ranking, or promise it will be listed in a specific search. The main purpose of your website isn’t based on random search engine traffic, but rather retention, education and referrals.
Do I receive a discount if I pay 12 months in advance?
Yes. When you pay 12 months in advance, you receive 1 month of service FREE!
